"Suggestions for Improvement"
I’d really appreciate getting the sales order for review and confirmation just a few hours after placing my order. This way, I can check if all the items I wanted are ready to ship and make any necessary changes. It’s frustrating that we can’t get the sales order or invoice in an Excel format. We usually have to convert your invoice into Excel manually to prepare our import documents and set up our system. All our other suppliers in the US and EU do this. I’d also like to have better visibility on when a product is out of stock and when it might be back. That info would really help us make smarter buying choices.
